Mayo's
Men's
Ministry
Inspired
by men whose lives have been touched by God, the Mighty Men of Mayo African Methodist Episcopal Church is a ministry of Christian
brothers committed to bringing men to a higher dimension of
spirituality.
There is a course of spiritually based studies that covers what it means to
be “Men Called By God” and outlines Biblical principles including
the criteria for spiritual leadership and how to be a positive role
model for the boys and young men of the church.
The Mighty Men of Mayo are called upon to welcome new
brothers into the church, accept responsibility for making them
aware of the Men's Ministry program and other aspects of the Church.
Our Goals
To
generate a relaxed atmosphere for Bible study and
Christian
fellowship for our men.
Our Purpose
1) To
refine our skills in prayer, evangelism,
stewardship and bible
study.
2) To
enhance our spiritual growth through retreats and
Special Men's
Day Celebrations.
3) To provide Summer and Winter Food Fellowships.
