year,
the
Music
Department
will do
the
following:
-
Restructure
and
revise
duties
and
responsibilities
of
positions
-
Conduct
a
Winter,
Spring
and
Summer
Musical
-
Meet
regularly
to
practice/rehearse
songs
and
Anthems
for
Sunday
morning
worship,
special
worship
services,
revival
services
or
music
and
songs
as
requested
by the
Pastor
-
Learn
at
lease
one
new
song a
month.
-
Increase
membership
by 5
new
members
-
Enhance
the
spiritual
growth
of all
members.
-
Travel
with
Pastor
as
requested
-
Participate
in
training
workshops,
seminars
and
institutes,
when
applicable.
-
Attending
Local
and
Connectional
conferences
and
workshops

music

teaching,
training
and
overseeing
of all.
